Russian Government Scholarship is now open to international students who want to apply for 2023/24. This scholarship covers Monthly allowance, Living expenses, travel costs and tuition fee but there is no health insurance policy for the student’s .Russian government scholarships are given to the students on the basis of competition, seats of scholarships depend on country, selection criteria and application procedure as well.  The deadline for this scholarship is varying from country to country. Application deadline from March to June

·         Applicants must provide passport with and color picture

·         Applicants need to submit Highest degree and transcripts

·         Medical certificate/ report

·         Language certificate

·         Recommendation letters

·         International exam certificate

·         Any other supporting docs such as Language skills, List of Publications, computer skills, and experience.

Note: All these docs must be Notarized and Translated into Russian language

·        Applicants need to complete the application and mark the Novosibirsk National Research State University as your first choice of selection
