The Standard of Scholarship

There are 3 level of NPU president scholarship

The 1^st level winners exempt from tuition fee, accommodation fee and living allowances

Living allowances for

Undergraduate:  1500RMB /12, Months

Master: 2000 RMB/ 12, Months

Doctoral:  3500RMB/ Month

2^nd level winners exempt from tuition fee

3^rd Level winners exempt from 50% tuition fee

International students can apply for all majors covered by NPU President Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

International applicants must have a good health condition/ None Chinese and a Valid Passport

International applicants who applying for undergraduate study must have a High school Certificate (Notarized) and under the age of 30

International candidates who applying for master study must have a bachelor degree (Notarized) and under the age of 35

International candidates who applying for Doctoral study must have a Master degree (Notarized) and under the age of 40

Applicants should have a strong academic performance and good learning ability, the average score of previous academic grade level should have 75% or above

The standard test ACT/A /SAT Level /IB/ IGCSE/WAEC/GED/GRE/GMAT are also acceptable by NPU

Applicants must have a Chinese OR English proficiency to meet the NPU Admission criteria

The applicants who lived in China but later immigrated to any other country must hold a valid passport or citizenship certificate of current living country at least four (4) years with two years proof of residence

The applicants whose parent’s one or both are Chinese citizens must need to submit the following docs, the candidate’s certificate proving that the candidate received the foreign nationality at birth

The applicants who emigrated from China later to any other country this applicant shall provide cancellation certificate of Chinese Nationality

Required Documents

Applicants must need to submit their Picture and a valid passport

Applicants who applying for undergraduate program must need to provide a High school Certificate (Notarized)

Candidates who applying for master program must have a bachelor degree (Notarized)

Candidates who applying for Doctoral program must have a Master degree (Notarized)

Study Plan/ research proposal (for Master and Doctoral students)

Candidates must need to provide two recommendation letters

Applicants need to submit an English proficiency

Applicants must need to provide Physical examination certificate

Applicants also need to provide Acceptance letter (if require)

Applicants also need to submit Non criminal certificate

Applicants need to submit HSK certificate (if require)

There are two periods of application which is following

1^st Batch: 15 November 2022 to 15 March 2023

2^nd Batch: 16 March 2023 to 15 April 2023

3^rd Batch: 15 April 2023 to 15 May 2023

4^th Batch: 16 May 2023 to 15 June 2023

Application Period for Postgraduate

1^st Batch: 15 November 2022 to 15 March 2023

2^nd Batch: 16 February 2023 to 15 March 2023

3^rd Batch: 16 March 2023 to 15 April 2023

4^th Batch: 16 April 2023 to 15 May 2023

All scholarship recipients must need to pass an annual review, and the level of NPU scholarship will be adjusted according to their academic performance

Note: Applicants must need to submit 100 USD / 600 RMB application fee that is not refundable
